Services

AI and software engineering, aimed at real work.

Four service areas that often work together: automate routine work, build the software around it, connect it to what you already run, and make sure your team can own it.

Automate

AI agents & intelligent automation

Most organisations have work that follows rules but still needs a person to read, check, copy and chase. We build AI agents and automated workflows that handle that work end to end, inside the tools you already use.

What we deliver

  • Agentic workflows that read documents and emails, extract information and act in your systems
  • Process automation across your existing tools and APIs
  • AI assistants that answer from your own documents and data
  • Approval steps, audit trails and safe fallbacks built in from the start

Typical uses

  • Invoice and document intake
  • Triage and draft replies for customer enquiries
  • Internal knowledge assistants
  • Report preparation and data capture
Build

AI-powered software engineering

We build software the way we teach it: clean architecture, automated tests and secure APIs. AI speeds up how we deliver, and where it helps your users, it becomes part of the product.

What we deliver

  • Web applications and customer portals
  • APIs and backend services
  • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • AI features such as search, summarisation, classification and recommendations

Typical uses

  • A first version of a new product
  • Internal business systems
  • Customer-facing portals
  • Adding AI features to an existing product
Connect

Integration & modernisation

Disconnected systems cause double capture and errors, and ageing code makes every change slow and risky. We connect what you have and modernise it step by step, without a risky all-at-once rewrite.

What we deliver

  • Systems integration and API development
  • Step-by-step modernisation of legacy applications
  • Cloud architecture and migration, including Microsoft Azure
  • Event-driven and microservice architectures where they fit

Typical uses

  • Connecting CRM, finance and operations systems
  • Moving on-premises applications to the cloud
  • Replacing manual exports and spreadsheets with integrations
  • Splitting up a monolith that slows the team down
Advise

Advisory & enablement

Not every problem needs AI. We help you identify the use cases worth pursuing, review the architecture they depend on, and train your developers to build and maintain what we deliver together.

What we deliver

  • AI opportunity and readiness assessments
  • Architecture and code reviews
  • Developer training and mentoring
  • Technical guidance for product and leadership teams

Typical uses

  • Choosing a first AI use case
  • Reviewing an architecture before it scales
  • Upskilling a .NET development team
  • A second opinion on a technical proposal

How engagements run

Every engagement follows the same four steps.

Each step ends with something you can see and assess, so you decide whether to continue with evidence in hand.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

We map the process or system with you, agree what success looks like and choose a use case that can be measured.

  2. Step 2

    Pilot

We build a small working version on your real data, so you see results before committing to a larger build.

  3. Step 3

    Build

We engineer it for production, with automated tests, security, monitoring and documentation.

  4. Step 4

    Run and improve

We hand over, train your team and keep improving the system as your needs change.

Questions

Common questions.

Do we need perfect data before we can use AI?

No. Discovery checks what data you have and whether it is good enough for the use case. A pilot can often start with what exists today, and if it can't, we'll explain what needs to change first.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose per task, weighing accuracy, cost, speed and where your data is processed. We design systems so the model can be changed later without rebuilding everything around it.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. Integration is a core part of what we do. We connect through APIs, databases or file exports, and where a system has no API we'll recommend the safest way to work with it.

How do you handle confidential information?

We agree up front which data a system may access, keep that access to the minimum needed and design with South Africa's POPIA requirements in mind.

Tell us about the work you want to change.

Describe the process, system or idea. We'll tell you plainly whether AI, automation or straightforward software is the right fit.
